Global Adjustments, one of the pioneers in cross-cultural education, has launched a web-based educational portal www.globalindian.com. Designed specifically for professionals seeking to function effectively in a global environment, the portal targets Indians going abroad for work.

The portal will attempt to create a live training experience through webcasts and interactive platform with trainers. The portal would also address the global etiquette and country specific skills to help in social business communication.

Speaking after launching the e-learning portal, Dayanidhi Maran, Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology commended the effort of Global Adjustments. He said, “India is growing at a tremendous pace and as more and more multinational companies are looking up to set up their base in India, services such as these become essential and useful. Global Indian will surely address the growing need for professional from India traveling abroad.’’

Rajeshwar Balasundaram, COO, Global Adjustments said the portal is developed due to demand from organizations to train their employees going abroad. So far, we sent our trainers to companies to carry out classroom training. But seeing the demand from several organizations, we have decided to offer this paid e-learning service to help Indians who go abroad for work.”
