FruitBowl Digital wins Majhi Metro's digital mandate for second consecutive year

FruitBowl Digital has bagged the digital mandate for Majhi Metro, a platform that connects art and culture at Metro Stations, for the second consecutive year.

Majhi Metro Festival is a yearly affair that aims to celebrate different forms of art. The first festival happened 2013 where fine art and applied art students from across the city participated. By celebrating art, Mumbai Metro intends to take away boredom out of everyday commute and make local travel an optimistic and joyful experience.

This year’s theme is ‘My Metro My Story’ where poets, photographers and painters from across the city are invited to showcase their talent. The winning entries would find their way into the permanent gallery of the world's busiest art museum - The Metro. Judges for the event are Sampurna Chattarji, Ajay Salvi, Deepak Chawla and Pranita Kocharekar.

Naresh J Sharma, Brand & Marketing Head, Reliance Mumbai Metro said,“Exciting times are ahead of us as we expand our relationship with FruitBowl Digital for the second time. FruitBowl Digital has been tremendous in support with Majhi Metro. Bringing Mumbai’s one of its kind cultural festival added yet another bonus.”

On winning the Digital Mandate once again, Dedeepya Reddy, Co-Founder, FruitBowl Digital, states “It is certainly an added reason for delight to win the mandate for the second time. Integrating the online to the offline is at the core of our strategy. We have an entire line up of Instameet, poetry slam, artist workshops, doodle wall along with poetry tree and other interesting things for the 21 day festival that would leave you asking for more. It’s things like these that truly redefine the meaning of art and we are super determined to make it a huge hit.”
