Dentsu Webchutney wins digital mandate for Flipkart

Dentsu Webchutney has won the digital creative mandate for Flipkart. The scope extends across online campaigns, social media and digital strategy for brand Flipkart.

Commenting on the development, Gautam Reghunath, Vice President at Dentsu Webchutney, Bangalore, says, “To be fair, we’ve been pulling off exciting interactive and video projects with Flipkart for a while now and to make this official is great news for all of us. The brand has been wonderfully built over the past few years and we are proud to now be an integral part of this. Something that we’re looking forward to is the extent of collaboration with the strong digital marketing and strategy teams at Flipkart. There is already great synergy between both sides and we are collectively building towards even more success for the brand and the business.”

Speaking on bringing Dentsu Webchutney onboard as a creative partner, Shoumyan Biswas, Senior Director, Flipkart said, “Today, increasingly brands are being built through engaging content that lead to active conversations amongst consumers in the digital space. Webchutney has proven experience and we needed a partner who not only understands our business but also the pulse of our consumer base as well as of the digital eco-system. Through this exciting partnership, we aim to create standout communication that fuel engaging conversations with our customers.”
