Chhattisgarh Tourism Board chooses Internet Moguls as its social media agency

Internet Moguls has been assigned the social marketing duties of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board. Confirming the win, Avijit Arya, CEO & Founder, Internet Moguls said, “This is our first government social media account”, and added that it was their knowledge and expertise in the travel and hospitality sector that gave them the edge over others competing for the business.

It is learnt that five to six agencies had made it to the final round. “We had to make a media plan and in the final round they wanted to know how it would be implemented,” Arya said.

Internet Moguls is as passionate about the project as the tourism board. This confidence in the digital marketing company obviously comes with its reputation in managing a huge clientele size while being sensitive to their needs. The tourism board is venturing into this area for the first time.”Now the government is waking up to the digital, which is actually special to each vertical,” Arya pointed out.

The Chhattisgarh Tourism Board (CTB) was founded in 2002 to endorse the tourism industry in the hatchling state of Chhattisgarh with a mission and vision to build up a positive frame of Chhattisgarh to the world at large. And to sustain this image and interest!

Lately Chhattisgarh Tourism Board has identified the young state’s immense potential for adventure tourism with water sports as the main lure. A major chunk of Madhya Pradesh that has drifted out and formed a new state in the millennium is fondly known by the sobriquet, ‘forest land’. It has grabbed attention with its wealth of resources and tribal groups that are as close to nature as can be. With frequent discovery of iron ores around areas like Bela Dila, there has been no deficiency in visitors here.

Social media marketing firms like IM operate as a vital resource of info and to a great extent sway the business resolutions of the clientele. With the massive web grab or presence of various social media agencies of all forms, Internet Moguls has managed to stay a crowd-puller with their eye-hitting designs and content that people just cannot pass over. “You will see the results on Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Orkut and all major social networking sites where scores of web browsers will stumble on the particular product/service. This is chiefly true for travelers as more and more people are dependent on internet to travel, right from the initial stage,” Arya informed.

‘The Moguls have already begun to work towards instilling an ever-present hum about the ancient magic of Chhattisgarh and its olden culture that makes you think you have just time-travelled. It is not all about getting a few more people to visit the place than last year. It is about making Chhattisgarh a house hold name among the travel aficionados and history buffs. Upbeat and open to new ideas at all times,” said Avijit Arya, the CEO and founder of Internet Moguls.
He observed, “ This win is great. We used to tell people that social media is a specialisation, but today social media has grown at such a pace that it’s no longer new.” “They have to be vertical experts, every client is looking for that,” he added.

Ground-breaking and trendy, Internet Moguls has carved a niche in the world of internet marketing, tourism and hospitality industry in a short span of time with its maverick approach to technology. Their client list includes – Park Hotel, Sheraton, Arzoo.com, The Lalit, Hotel Juhu Plaza and others.
