Online travel agency BookItOnline.com and Thunderbolt Technologies, an Orlando-based next generation global travel technology solution provider, have launched a travel website powered by the eTravelStores customised backend booking and distribution technology.

Thunderbolt Technologies’ eTravelStores solution is powered by the industry’s leading service providers, including Worldspan GDS, Pegasus Solutions and PayBrokers, Kuoni Tours, Disney World, and Avista Hotels, among others.

This agreement between BookItOnline and Thunderbolt Technologies includes plans for BookItOnline.com’s current launch in the US market with future expansion in India’s growing online travel marketplace.

“In eTravelStores we found the best technologies, functionality and content we need to fulfill the needs of our current and future customers in the US and India,” said Abhesh Verma, Founder and CEO of BookItOnline.com. He further said that BookItOnline.com would focus on the Indian Diaspora in North America and the growing e-commerce class in India.

Mayank Mike Bhatt, Founder and CEO of Thunderbolt Technologies, said, “With BookItOnLine.com, Verma brings his proven knowledge and experience of e-commerce marketing to the highly dynamic and profitable travel domain, and we at Thunderbolt are looking forward to a very successful business relationship.
