Blazar helps Shine.com ‘Move Up’ with new campaign

Digital advertising agency Blazar has launched a new campaign for online job portal Shine.com. The HT Media Group portal, which claims to be the fastest growing job site, has launched a campaign in collaboration with Blazar called “Move Up”, which promises growth and advancement to job seekers, highlighting technology developed by Shine.

The campaign has been executed in print in the HT Media properties – Hindustan Times, Mint and Hindustan Hindi – while the digital campaign is being carried out on online portals such as LinkedIn, Yahoo, MSN, Rediff, Moneycontrol and Cricketnext.

Rahul Gandhi, Senior Brand Manager, Shine.com, said, “With the ‘Move Up’ campaign, Shine has been able to arrive at a sharp, simple and appealing promise of growth in a job seeker’s professional life. Shine’s unique two-way Matching Technology has been able to ensure that the candidates registered on Shine are shown those jobs that accurately match their profile and preferences. Shine supplements these great job matches with tools and information that assist them in making the right career move. Blazar with its technical expertise has added the best toppings to bring the campaign to life online.”

Abhineet Sonkar, Online Marketing Manager, Shine.com, said, “This is the first time we have tested waters with running a large scale online brand visibility campaign, and we are quite excited with the results. The digital expertise of Blazar has added to the success of the campaign ‘Move up’.”

Samarth Ranjan of Blazar Media added here, “Shine.com through this campaign was able to connect and engage with the Internet audience in a special manner. This was owing to a highly targeted presence across relevant portals. By seeing the level of interaction with the audience, we believe that Shine and Blazar would be able to carry out more such campaigns, which can make Shine’s positioning stronger with job seekers.”
