Airtel rolls out new digital campaign for 4G Home WiFi

Airtel has come out with 3 new videos as part of their digital campaign for 4G Home WiFi. The campaign has been released only on YouTube. The ads show people describing how their lives have changed, after getting 4G Home WiFi.

Animator:


The 0.46 second ‘Animator’ video is about a man who used to work only in the Indian animation scene before, and had done few ads, TV and some movies. Then one day, someone from New York saw his work online and asked him if he could do something for them. Initially hesitating, because he had worries of not being able to upload huge files and meet the deadline, but he could successfully complete the project because of the network, which allows for superfast upload and download.

Veena:


The 0.46 second ‘Veena’ ad is about Sunita who tells the viewers that she learned Veena from her teacher in Chennai. But she had to shift to Punjab because her husband got transferred. It was then that her teacher suggested for online video lessons. The video then goes on to describe that with the help of Airtel 4G Home WiFi how she can hear each and every note and it looks as if her teacher is in the same room. This video highlights the feature of the connection which allows for HD video calls with zero lag.

Stock Broker:


The 0.42 second ‘Stock Broker’ video is about a guy who started trading in stocks from home. With the help of the good 4G network, he is running his business from home. This video talks about high speed internet across multiple devices.

Earlier in April 2012, Airtel had launched India’s first 4G service in Kolkata. Airtel’s 4G services are now available across India including Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chandigarh and Amritsar. Recently as part of the trail offer in Delhi, the company offered a complimentary upgrade to Airtel 4G at the same price as Airtel 3G.
