Home and interior magazine Vanitha Veedu, a variant of Malyalam language magazine Vanitha, after an exhibition on home and interiors is all set to come up with an annual issue for the month of December. Titled as ‘Home A to Z’ the annual issue will be carrying 200 pages in all.
The edition will hit the stands in December which focuses on perfecting each room of a house. Speaking on the content of the magazine, Sona Thampi, Editor, Vanitha Veedu, said, “When it comes to building their dream homes, Malayalees have just one choice - Vanitha Veedu. Every issue of Vanitha Veedu is treated as a collector’s edition because each edition is an amazing reservoir of plans, articles and tips that bring ease and aesthetics to homes and the work that goes into creating them.”
Vanitha Veedu started in the year 2007. Further on the specialties of the magazine, Thampi said, “Every issue of this magazine is compiled by experts and covers every aspect of building a home, renovating or beautifying it. From choosing a plot to choosing a plan, selecting floor-tiles to picking roof-tiles, deciding on the architect to designing the kitchen, there is not a single area where Vanitha Veedu can’t influence its readers.”
Vanitha Veedu also attracts consumers through various consumer engagement programmes. In the month of September, Vanitha Veedu had held an exhibition that brought together home-making and interiors in its entirety under one roof.
“As every year, the Annual Special is the much-awaited issue of Kerala’s favourite magazine on Home, and is certain to be welcomed at many affluent homes across the state,” Thampi stated.
