DHL is the first name to express services in India. Since then, the organisation has grown and with this progression, its positioning and communication too have undergone changed. Responding to the market requirements Ramesh Natrajan, Head, Marketing, DHL elucidates on the express services industry and DHL’s place in this industry.
Natrajan remarks, “The express services industry has changed with the change in the economy on the whole. Markets needs have evolved and in this evolution two factors affect us directly. One, globally changing concept of time and second the increased trade and the Indian economy opening up to it.”
