Yatra.com sets out to create ‘Happy Travellers’

With its continued endeavour of repositioning itself from a ticketing brand to an overall travel solution provider, online travel company Yatra.com has launched its latest 360 degree marketing campaign – ‘Creating Happy Travellers’.

Pratik Mazumder, Head of Marketing and Strategic Relations, Yatra.com, remarked, “The irony of a holiday is that while a consumer is looking at that experience to rejuvenate and rekindle bonds, the process of booking and experience sometimes is a complete opposite of that expectation. At Yatra.com, we are, therefore, promising a comfortable, secure and a hassle-free vacation and thereby creating happy holiday experience.”

“Yatra.com has always been successful in meeting its promise of credibility and convenience. However, with the ‘Happy traveler campaign’, Yatra.com will reinforce its promise of delivering a happy and hassle free holiday. The campaign demonstrates our customer centric approach by providing innovative solutions delivered by highly trained professionals,” added Mazumder.

The campaign is triggered with the TVC created by TBWA, which revolves around a nuclear family that ventures a holiday package to their desired destination. Yatra.com overcomes all the apprehensions and renders them flawless services by making it a happy experience.

The campaign will be extensively promoted through print, online, e-marketing and mailers.
