WPP Marketing Communication plans to offer shares to JWT employees

exchange4media has come to know that WPP Marketing Communications Private Limited, has shown its willingness to offer shares to the employees of JWT India. A decision on this would be taken after getting an approval from the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of JWT to be held shortly.

According to sources the ratio worked out is of 80 equity shares of Rs 1 each to be allotted at par in the media company for every one share of Rs 10 each held in HTA, read JWT India.

WPP Marketing Communications Private Limited plans to offer around 6,80,000 of its shares of Rs 1 each at par to the JWT India employees on a date that would be decided at the shareholders general meeting
