Web attracts interest among non-users in UK: Continental Research

A study conducted by Continental Research suggest that 48% of people in the UK who do not use the internet at all would like to log on for at least one specific activity. The highest percentage of non-users (26%) said they were interested in using e-mail.

Other online activities of interest included finding information on a hobby or interest (18%), making last-minute travel plans (18%), taking an online class (17%) and getting information on potential vacation spots (16%).
