Vizeum India wins the media mandate of iPlayUp Cricket

Vizeum India has managed to keep up its winning streak in the New Year as well. The company has won the media AOR for iPlayUp Cricket, the trading name of Revo Content Services Pvt Ltd. iPlayUp Cricket is a mobile entertainment business that develops skill games for mobile. It is aiming to make a defining entry into the sports, media and entertainment markets.

Confirming the development to exchange4media, S Yesudas, Managing Director – Indian Sub-continent, Vizeum, also said that the account size of the business was pegged at Rs 20 crore.

Katja Voegele, CEO, iPlayUp, said, “Vizeum was part of a multi-agency pitch for our business. In our assessment, we felt Vizeum had the hunger, passion, knowledge, and ability to make a difference to our brand.” Kalyan Kumar, Marketing Head, iPlayUp, added, “We found Vizeum to be proactive in their approach. They offer fresh thinking and their senior management is very involved in our business. Considering this, we knew we couldn’t have chosen a better partner to work with.”

PlayUp, operating successfully in the UK, Australia and Japan, recently launched its operations in India with plans of making it a global hub for the company. With the launch of 6UP, it is aiming to revolutionise the way fans watch cricket. 6UP is made available across all leading telecom operators of the country and the company plans to expand its horizons across continents to various other sports such as golf, football and baseball, in the coming months. PlayUp Cricket is the founding sponsor of the Steve Waugh Foundation Global.
