Vizeum enters Kerala; inks strategic pact with Kerala Publicity Bureau

Vizeum India, an Aegis Media Group company, has announced its fourth office in India at Kochi, after Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai. The announcement of the Kochi office also comes along with the news of a strategic businesses tie-up with the first accredited agency in Kerala, Kerala Publicity Bureau (KPB).

Announcing the Kochi launch and the KPB association, S Yesudas, Managing Director, Indian Sub-Continent, Vizeum said, “Kerala is gaining popularity as an advertising market. The market is yet to see real media specialists. Some aggregators are operating in the market. We intend to be a game changer here. The strategic tie-up with KBP gives us ready access to their clients and a whole lot of others whose precious resources are ‘spent’ today through some gut feel decisions or computer algorithms. We hope to help the clients anticipate and navigate the ever changing media world and make prudent ‘investment’ decisions with their marketing resources and create sustainable relationships with the consumers. Our Kochi office will be at Girinagar and will report to our Chennai office. The team announcement will happen soon.”

Commenting on the tie-up, Jabyson Philip, Joint Managing Director and Jaison Philip, Executive Director, Kerala Publicity Bureau said, “We felt the need to embark on this route sometime back, considering the changing dynamics and global needs. This also coincides with our 50 year celebrations. We have been scouting the market. Vizeum was introduced to us by a common connection. After we met them, we were unanimous in our decision that we needed to go no further to find a partner.”

In addition to Vizeum, the Aegis Media India Group comprises of Posterscope, Brandscope, Hyperspace (Retail), Carat Fresh Integrated (Experiential), PSI (Airports), Doosra (Creative), Isobar and  iProspectCommunicate 2.
