Triton Communications starts 2008 with a slew of new accounts wins

The Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad offices of Triton Communications have welcomed 2008 by bagging a slew of new businesses. The aggregate billing of the account wins is over Rs 35 crore.

Commenting on the account wins, Munawar Syed, Director, Triton Communications, said, “We are quite excited by these wins in the new year. The new businesses, along with additional new brand wins from our already existing clients like Hamdard, Safari luggage and Milton, will bring in additional billings of over Rs 35 crore.”

Triton Mumbai has bagged the account of Kishco Ltd, the makers of high-end stainless steel cutlery. The agency will be responsible for planning and executing the launch of Kishco’s new range of cooking appliances.

On the other hand, Atreco, a township near Ahmedabad promoted by the Adani Group, has appointed Triton Ahmedabad to promote its many leisure, residential and commercial facilities.

However, it is Triton’s Delhi office that has many more reasons to rejoice. It has bagged the account of Metro Tyres, which deals in bicycle, motorcycle and scooter tyres, in technical collaboration with Continental, Germany. The agency will be responsible for creating greater customer awareness for the brand through mass media and BTL activities. The National Physical Laboratory, Ministry of Panchayati Raj and the Delhi Police have also empanelled Triton Delhi for all their communication needs.

Seabuckthorn Indage Ltd, producers of fruit juice brand Leh Berry, has re-appointed Triton Delhi for the second time to partner them in their aggressive marketing strategies. The agency had bagged this business in 2005 and had handled it for more than a year.

Following a multi-agency pitch, Triton Delhi has also won the business for Air Hostess Academy (AHA), which provides training in the aviation, hospitality and BPO sectors. In its aim to strengthen its brand image, AHA will launch a multi-media campaign this month, which will include television, print, radio and BTL activities.
