Triton Communications bags creative duties for Bajaj Herbals’ Veola

Triton Communications has bagged the creative mandate for Veola, a hair care brand launched by Bajaj Herbals in the Indian market. The company will be launching more products by the end of this year.

The win comes on the back of a multi-agency pitch in which several creative agencies had reportedly taken part. The media platforms for communications will include TV, followed by outdoor and print campaigns. The account size couldn’t be ascertained at time of filing the report.

On appointing Triton, Sanjay Bajaj, Managing Director, Bajaj Herbals, said, “We were extremely impressed by the presentation made by the Triton team. They showed an excellent understanding about the brand and the hair oil category in general. With Triton coming on board, we aspire to create brand value in the Indian market.”

Commenting on the win, Pankaj Arora, Executive Director, Triton Communications, said, “We are delighted to partner with Veola. Since we have an impeccable track record in building entrepreneurial brands in India, we hope to leverage on our expertise and help build Veola into a strong product in the hair care category.”

Bajaj Herbals has been in the herbal and food products market for over a decade and their products are exported to Europe, the Middle-East, Far-East and other international markets. Through Veola, Bajaj Herbals aims to launch its hair care products in India as its entry into home ground. All the products under Bajaj Herbals are manufactured at Ahmedabad. They also have a marketing office in the UAE.

The group released the Little Hearts online-only campaign, #BreakSomeHearts, early this year and is on the path to make many more of its brands available on the digital platform
