Triton Communications reached new heights by bagging four accounts worth Rs. 40 crores within two months. All won in multi-agency pitches, as per Ali Merchant, Director, Triton Communications accentuate the agency’s growth phase.
The business started flowing in with Diwan Rahul Nanda’s TOPS Group, Emergency Response Management. “We won the account in April,” informs Merchant, “the work has been released already.” Triton bagged this account, as per Merchant, against competition like rmg David, Mudra and Enterprise Nexus. The next account added is Faber India. “We have released work for this business as well and it has been well appreciated,” says Merchant.
Triton’s unit Triton media has also won the AoR of Desai Brothers Mothers Recipe brand apart from the creative responsibility for their forthcoming range of masalas. The range is scheduled to be launched in August 2003. And finally a leading real estate developer in Pune, Pristine is added recently to their list of wins. Merchant explains that work is happening full swing on all accounts.
Speaking about all the wins, Merchant expresses, “The recent new business is bagged purely on parameters of creative and strategic inventiveness and consumer understanding by our team. We are really excited and looking forward to many more opportunities to demonstrate our aggressive path breaking work to increase the business of our clients and their brands.”
There is quite a lot happening at Triton Mumbai. “We have moved into new office premise to cater to this growth. We have recruited eight senior level executives in all departments of creatives, client servicing, strategy planning and media,” divulges Merchant.
He concludes, “This is a growth phase for us. We are getting incremental businesses from our existing clients as well and that means a lot of activities in our offices. At this stage, we are trying to ensure that where we have this chance to demonstrate our creative and planning abilities, we also keep serving our existing clients well.”
