Times Global Broadcasting appoints Lowe India for forthcoming biz channel

Times Global Broadcasting Co Ltd (TGBCL), the BCCL venture in the news broadcasting space, has appointed Lowe Lintas India to handle the creative mandate for its forthcoming business news channel, which at present is code named ET TV.
