TI Cycles, part of the Rs 15,646-crore Murugappa Group and renowned for its BSA and Hercules brands of cycles, has called for creative and media pitch. JWT Chennai is the incumbent creative agency for TI Cycles, while Mindshare handles media buying and planning.
A company source confirmed the news to exchange4media. The final decision is expected in the next 15 to 20 days. The account size could not be ascertained at the time of filing this report; however, reliable sources said that it could be substantial.
TI Cycles has recently set up Track & Trail showrooms in Delhi and Bangalore, where enthusiasts can get a well-rounded experience of purchasing some of the best international brands in cycles, spare parts and accessories, along with technical advice and expertise.
Apart from the two Track & Trail outlets, TI Cycles also has BSA Go showrooms in Delhi, Chennai, Kochi, Vijaywada, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Noida and Coimbatore. The company is also considering setting up Track & Trail showrooms in Pune, Chennai, and later on in Hyderabad as well.
