ThompsonConnect plans to make India eCRM Hub

ThompsonConnect Worldwide(TCW), the relationship management specialist wing of JWT Worldwide is planning to introduce a host of eCRM(Customer Relationship Management) initiatives in JWT India very soon.

In addition, ThompsonConnect Worldwide is all set to make India the central hub for its eCRM initiatives in the south east Asia region.

At present, TCW has 27 offices in 17 countries in Asia-Pacific. ThompsonConnect network operates on a single knowledge management network sharing experiences and best practices across borders. To support this, lead offices are designated ’centers of excellence’, specializing in a particular facet of relationship marketing. Each office has access to this capability on an ’as-needed’ basis. This model helps in keeping costs down, expertise high and broadens the capability of every office.

JWT is investing a lot during this slowdown period because this will give them a chance to grow as well as the clients to grow. In India, ThompsonConnect handles promotions and events for its clients.
