In addition, ThompsonConnect Worldwide is all set to make India the central hub for its eCRM initiatives in the south east Asia region.
At present, TCW has 27 offices in 17 countries in Asia-Pacific. ThompsonConnect network operates on a single knowledge management network sharing experiences and best practices across borders. To support this, lead offices are designated ’centers of excellence’, specializing in a particular facet of relationship marketing. Each office has access to this capability on an ’as-needed’ basis. This model helps in keeping costs down, expertise high and broadens the capability of every office.
