TBWA sees numerous exits

TBWA has seen a number of senior level exits since the past two months, confirm industry insiders. These include two Creative Directors, the Head of Art,  and a significant part of the junior team.

Almost fifteen people are said to have left the agency in the past two months.

A query on the same sent to the agency did not receive a response at the time of filing this report.

Agency insiders also hint at a level of dissatisfaction with the current leadership.

The agency has seen numerous leadership changes in the past one year, the last being the exit of Nirmalya Sen, an advertising veteran who moved on from his role as President, TBWA after a tenure of nine years. The agency also lost its Group CEO Shiv Sethuraman in March last year; Vineet Bajpai former CEO of Magnon TBWA , was then appointed Group CEO.
