VGN Enterprises, a Chennai-based layout and residential property developer, has appointed TBWA Chennai to handle its creative duties. The account size is pegged at Rs 6 crore.
The company is bullish about its growth with three new real estate projects in Chennai and has charted out extensive marketing and promotional activities involving an array of online and offline activities.
Confirming the development, AM Haree, Head - Marketing, VGN Enterprises, said, “We are planning three projects – two in Mogappair and one in Velappanchavady on PH Road in Chennai. We are planning both offline and online activities, including press, TVC, outdoor, mailers, online advertising, road shows, etc. We have also created an online lead management system to handle the enquiries.”
Giving reason for appointing TBWA Chennai, Haree said, “The account was moved based on the presentation made by them. Since we were convinced with their recommendations, we chose them.”
Tribal DDB India is handling the various offline activities for VGN Enterprises and is in charge of creating a national image for the company.
