NestAway has appointed Starcom Mediavest Group as its AOR for all media after a multi-agency pitch. The account would be managed out of SMG’s Delhi office.

NestAway, India’s first and largest managed home rental network has provided quality rental homes to more than 8,000 tenants and currently operates across six cities - Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad, and Pune. NestAway has raised over USD 14 million in capital from investors, including Ratan Tata, IDG Ventures India, Tiger Global, Flipkart and entrepreneur Naveen Tewari.

Jitendra Jagadev, Director, NestAway Technologies, says “NestAway is more than a managed home rental marketplace. NestAway believes in making long-term accommodation a completely hassle free experience from both tenants and owners perspective. By adding trust and affordability, NestAway works across the rental home markets to simplify the whole process of renting. We needed a partner who can carry on along our creative and innovative thinking. I think we have found that with SMG who have showcased a fresh approach to media planning and strategy for a start-up like ours. We are excited to have them on board as our media partners and hope to have a long and successful partnership for the future”.

Commenting on the win, Malli CR, CEO, SMG India said, “We have had a great run in 2015 with massive wins like Dabur, Aircel, OPPO Mobiles, Visa and Etihad to name a few. 2016 has begun on a positive note with this prestigious account. It is a genuinely good feeling when start-ups select us for our business building and ROI centric approach. We are delighted.”
