SSC&B bags awards at New York International Festival

SSC&B, part of the Interpublic Group, has won five awards at the recently held New York International Festivals for advertising. Among the awards is `Grand Gold' medal in the copy category.

According to sources, the award for a print ad done for the Strand Bookstall, is the first `Grand' award won by an Indian advertising agency.

In addition, the same campaign also bagged a `World Gold' medal in the craft category. The agency also won awards in the pharmaceuticals and professional services categories. The agency has also won a Silver Medallion and a finalist certificate at this year's New York Advertising and Marketing Effectiveness Awards.
