Delhi-based agency Square Communications is completing 10 years of operations on May 15. Commenting on the landmark, the agency’s CEO and President, Navneet Kapoor, said, “We are happy to complete 10 years. We had a turnover of just Rs 22,000 when we began, but currently we are a Rs 18-crore agency. Our vision is to make it a Rs 50-crore agency by 2010. We plan to open 7-8 more offices all over the country in two years’ time. Currently we have offices in Delhi, Jaipur, Dehradun and Mumbai.”
He added, “My vision for the agency is to handle all FMCG and multinational activities. At present, we are 43 people strong and we have plans to increase our workforce soon.”
Commenting on the clients that the agency is handling, Kapoor said, “We are doing the 50-year celebrations for Hotel Ashok. They are completing 50 years on October 2. We are doing print campaigns in publications like Swagat, Business Today, etc.”
On account wins, he said, “We recently bagged the Samrat Plywood Mica account. The other clients for whom we are handling creative and media duties include both public and private sector clients. Our major clients include ITDC, Ministry of Tourism, Uttranchal Tourism, Ministry of Textile, Ministry of Culture, IFFCO, Kribhco, Krishna Bharti Cooperative, Intel, Intex, etc.”
“We call our agency a zero turnaround time agency. In the last three years, we have established a PR wing and a research wing as well,” Kapoor added.
