Scarecrow appoints Zohar Furniturewala as ECD - Art

To beef up its art department and to increase its capabilities in art, craft & design facets of business, Scarecrow is bringing in Zohar Furniturewalaon board as ECD - Art at its Mumbai office.

He will be joining Scarecrow Mumbai on 1st April, 2014.

Commenting on this development, Manish Bhatt, Founder Director, Scarecrow, said," Scarecrow handles many brands like ITC (Vivel&Fiama Di Wills), Joy Cosmetics, Vimal, Lava and other brands across various categories like lifestyle, personal care, beauty, fashion, etc. which demand new design ideas every day. Zohar has fifteen years of experience in creating and executing idea-led brand campaigns & design projects, while running agencies and creative departments.

After studying BFA from Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Arts majoring in Typography, Furniturewala started his career with Ambience in 1998.

Before Thunk, he led projects to ensure a seamless continuation of creative excellence across agencies and their clients. He has worked at Percept H as Creative Director,  atEconomic Times as Consultant Creative Director, at RK Swamy BBDO (Mumbai) as Associate Creative Director and at The Times of India (Response Department) as Creative Consultant.
