Scarecrow’s Manish Bhatt in Direct Lions Jury @Cannes Lions 2012

Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2012 is in the process of finalising its jury members for various categories. Manish Bhatt, Founder-Director, Scarecrow will be representing India in the Direct category.

Gideon Amichay, Former Chief Creative Officer and Joint Managing Partner of Shalmor Avnon Amichay / Y&R Interactive Tel Aviv, Israel, will chair the Direct Lions Jury.

Bhatt’s work has been recognised by renowned award bodies such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, CLIO, Communication Arts, Asia Pacific Awards and many more.

His ‘Respect the National Anthem’ and ‘Hostel’ (Eye Bank Association of India) are some of India's most popular and powerful public service commercials that received appreciation from the United Nations, World Health Organisation and Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.

He was ranked No. 2 in 2006 and No. 3 in 2005 in the ‘Hottest Creative People from India’ list, compiled by Campaign Brief Asia Magazine, Australia.
