Saatchi & Saatchi Delhi has been assigned the creative duties of Jindal Stainless following a multi-agency pitch held earlier in August that involved some top agencies. Senior sources pegged the account size upwards of Rs 10 crore. This is the first time that the company has hired a creative agency.
Reacting to the win, Sanjib Dey, Executive Vice-President and Branch Head, Saatchi & Saatchi, Delhi, said, “Stainless steel is an interesting category that is opening up in India. Several big guns are entering the market. It is going to be a very interesting challenge for us as it’s a B2B business. We are looking forward to doing good work and it will be a great learning for us as well.”
Dey further said, “The communication will be a 360-degree one, consisting of print, TVC, outdoors, the Internet, etc. There will be a lot of print campaigns coming soon. The TVC will follow later. We will be doing a lot of below the line activities like mailers, brochures, banners, etc.”
