Rustomjee Urbania's creative branding presents real-life township experience

Rustomjee believes in constant innovation and in order to get people to get the experience of township living, the thoughtful builder has gone one step further. For the first time in the history of the Mumbai Metro, an entire train will be branded to give the effect of a township. Not just the walls but the floors too have been done up to give a real time effect of what township living is all about.

Those commuting on train no. 8 from Versova to Ghatkopar will be pleasantly surprised to step into the environs of the Rustomjee Urbania Township. The innovative floor wrap has been designed in such a way that each compartment has a different look – swimming pool, mini golf course, basketball court and football field. The walls too complement the effect and display pictures that highlight the concept of living in large, green, open spaces where ‘childhood’s available’ for every child who lives there.

The Metro will start at 5.30 am and close at 11.30 pm, in that duration the train will complete 25 rounds of the circuit and be experienced by thousands of commuters each day. This unique initiative will run for the next 55 days.

The Metro is a much needed infrastructural feature in our city and marks a step towards further progress. Rustomjee also strives to innovate and improve the lifestyle experience for the residents of all our projects. The in-Metro branding is our way of bringing the township experience to the commuters of the Mumbai Metro.”
