Actress Soha Ali Khan has been roped in as brand ambassador for Rosebys Interiors India Ltd, a home decor and lifestyle products company. The company has also announced its rollout plans for India. Rosebys would be bringing in world class retail experience and a contemporary range of products for the modern Indian woman’s home.

Rosebys is launching its exclusive chain of stores this month, starting with Punjab and West Bengal with 10 stores in each state.
Aloke Banerjee, CEO, Rosebys, said, “The home furnishings and décor market in India is pegged at Rs 10,000 crore and is largely dominated by unorganised players and is growing at 10 per cent annually. We are here to bridge the gap between the luxury and low end market present in the home furnishings and décor market currently. Rosebys aims at providing affordable premium products to its customers. We have a wide range of products to suit every aspiring woman. We will be opening 150 stores in the next six months.”

Rosebys is one of UK’s largest home textiles retailer, which operates over 300 home furnishings stores across the UK. It is expanding its footprint beyond the UK. Apart from India, the company is planning to launch the Rosebys brand in European and Asian markets, including Poland, Romania and Vietnam, in the coming months.
The Sanjay Dalmiya-led Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Ltd, which is into manufacturing soda ash and textiles, had acquired Rosebys in July 2006.
