Publicitas, a leading media and marketing services company, has reformed its structure for the Asia Pacific region. In order to align its services more closely with the complex Asian market, the company has decided to split its structure into two regions. From now on, North Asia and Australia will be run out of Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia and India out of Singapore.
India and Southeast Asia will be overseen by Lee Walsh, Regional Managing Director, based in Singapore. He joins Publicitas from Carat where he was Regional Director. Walsh has 14 years’ of digital marketing experience at agencies and internet start-ups. His digital expertise has been awarded by DMA Echo, Campaign Asia, Media Federation and IAB Australia.
As part of the effort to adjust the company’s structure to changing market trends, Publicitas OOH in India is transitioning to an agency model. To ensure a swift shift, Publicitas has appointed Partho Roy as Managing Director.
Roy has nearly 20 years’ of experience in the OOH business. His previous role was Vice President East and West at Madison OOH (Platinum), working with globally renowned brands such as Tata Indicom , Idea Cellular , Berger Paints , Peerless ,Airtel , Samsung ,PepsiCo, JSW and Spencer’s.
