Promodome Comm bags 3 accounts

The New Delhi-based Promodome Communications has acquired the advertising duties for Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific, a division of Carlson Hotels Worldwide. The account is worth Rs 2 crore. The Carlson brand operates five of the world's leading hotels in the Asia-Pacific region, namely Regent Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Country Inns & Suites. The agency has already rolled on their print campaign in some of the leading business, fashion and travel magazines fro these properties. In addition, the agency has also bagged the Rs six-crore Delhi Police account.

The agency will do both the creative as well as the media buying duties for the Delhi Police and will also communicate the messages on public awareness regarding child safety, senior citizens, terrorism etc.

For Promodome the icing on the cake was the Reed Exhibitions account. Reed is an organiser of trade and consumer events with 460 events running in 34 countries annually. The account is worth Rs 4.5 crore. The agency worked on their biggest project in India, Petrotech 2007, which is the international oil and gas exhibition. Under this, the agency did the entire spectrum of communication job ranging from brochures, direct mailers and international advertisements to PoP material. Another such big event handled by the agency was the JCK show held in the Capital in late 2006, which was one of the most renowned jewellery awards.

“The agency is covering one milestone after another, and with two new branches in Kolkata and Chandigarh, adding to the already existing four branches, the turnover will reach Rs 70 crore by the next financial year,” says Promodome Communications Managing Director Sanddeep Kapur.
