Priyanka Chopra to up style quotient of Nokia

In a bid to connect with its style-savvy consumers, Nokia India has announced its association with Priyanka Chopra. The TV campaign would be integrated with other consumer touch points like print, outdoor, radio, online and digital media. Directed by fashion photographer and international director Jonathan Lennard and developed by creative agency Wieden + Kennedy, the TVC will go on air next week.

As part of this association, the Bollywood star would be seen in the company’s new ad campaign that represents style, modernity and individuality with the tagline ‘It’s not just a phone, it’s who we are’.

Devinder Kishore, Director-Marketing, Nokia India, commented, “Today, mobile phones have transcended from their functional use and have become style statements. Nokia as a brand has led this movement and is constantly evaluating new and interesting shapes, styles and materials combined with relevant features to create products that specifically meet consumers’ lifestyle needs across price points.”

He further said, “Nokia is delighted to strengthen its bond with the style conscious consumers, both through its association with the glamorous Priyanka Chopra and our latest style campaign. This is a very trendy and attractive campaign that focuses on weaving Nokia in people’s lives across all their stylish and cherished moments.”

Meanwhile, in keeping with the ongoing festive season, Nokia has come up with a slew of offers. There are assured gifts on every purchase made during the festive period which include Nokia-branded leatherite pouches, mobile jewellery, Kolkata Knight Riders T-shirts, and 2-in-1 DVD packs, all redeemable over the counter. In addition to this, 500 lucky winners would also win Tanishq Gold gift vouchers worth Rs 5,000, while four lucky consumers could win travel vouchers worth Rs 2 lakh each.
