Prachar Advertising has added a new furnishings business to its kitty. Portico, a player in the home décor and furnishings brand, has decided to assign its media duties to Prachar. The business is pegged at Rs 5 crore.

Rajesh Jain, MD, Prachar Advertising, said, “Portico already has a place for itself in the Indian market and we are working towards enhancing that position to help it being one of the top brands in India.”

Jain further informed that at present, the creative of Portico is being handled in-house. With this development, no change comes on that front.

Portico is distributed and retailed by Creative Mobus Fabrics Ltd in India. Some of the recent initiatives from the brand were the unveiling of Power Rangers collections, Barbie Collections and so on.
