The Park Hotels, a part of the Apeejay Surendra Group, has appointed Vyas Giannetti Creative (VGC) as its creative agency. The New Delhi office will handle the account. VGC will develop communications for all the existing Park Hotels in New Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai and Vizag. The account is peged at around Rs 12 crore this year, and may go up in subsequent years, according to Preeti Vyas Giannetti. The incumbent agency was Grey Worldwide.
Commenting on the win, Giannetti said, “The Park Hotels is a refreshing change from any other destination. It’s vibrant, exciting and stands for good taste. Something that an agency would love to work on.”

A company spokesperson said, “We have started briefing the agency on our requirements. They have started the creative work recently for Park Delhi and they have done the creative for a recently opened restaurant at Park Visakhapatnam. A lot of corporate promotions and campaigns is going to start soon. It will not be a 360-degree angle as every year the advertising and communication will vary according to the requirement and the budget of the hotel.”
VGC began their Delhi operations at the beginning of 2005 and partners brands like The Indian Express, Financial Express, BBC World, LML, SRF and Snap On. Nationally, VGC’s client list includes blue chip companies like the Aditya Birla Group, the Hinduja Group, Discovery Travel & Living, Birla Sun Life Insurance and Mutual Funds and Dimexon to name a few.
