OMD India bags Rs 18-crore Gems & Jewellery media biz

OMD India has won the media duties of Gems & Jewellery following a multi-agency pitch. It is understood that the pitch for the business was called almost a month back. Industry sources peg the business to be in the vicinity of Rs 15-18 crore.

OMD India’s MD, Jasmin Sohrabji, has confirmed the development to exchange4media. She said, “We are very excited with this win. This is an interesting category to work on, and we are looking forward to a long and fruitful partnership with Gems & Jewellery.”

Details on the incumbent or the other agencies in the fray were not available with exchange4media at the time of filing the report.
