OMD adds biz worth Rs 35 crore to its kitty

The year 2013 has begun with a bang for OMD. After adding four new media mandates for TTK Healthcare Consumer Division, Kohinoor Specialty Foods India, VE Commercial Vehicles and Quickheal Technologies to its client portfolio in the first quarter of the year – estimated to be around Rs 60 crore to Rs 65 crore – the Group has bagged two new accounts on the onset of the second quarter.

OMD has been awarded the media mandate for Adlabs Imagica and Ubqool. The businesses are worth approximately Rs 35 crore.

Adlabs Imagica is a newly launched tourist destination located on the Mumbai – Pune Expressway. The win was the result of a multi agency pitch. The account will be serviced by the Group’s Mumbai office.

The media activities for Ubqool, a Mumbai-based online learning and content site for students, will be serviced from Mumbai as well.

OMD’s officials have confirmed these developments to exchange4media.
