Noshe Oceanic has won the 360-degree creative account of a premier real estate property coming up in Rajasthan, the World Trade Park. The account size is pegged at Rs 10 crore. The campaign is expected to start shortly.
The World Trade Park (WTP) will comprise offices, convention centers, trade lobbies, retail outlets, exhibition halls, a five-screen multiplex, and even an Ocean Park. According to estimates, WTP is expected to generate a business of Rs 70-80 billion within two years of its launch and would be a single window source of international trade.
Anoop Bartaria, Chairman of RF Worldwide & WTP, said, “WTP will be a landmark property with a unique design. Apart from attracting business opportunities, it will have a trickle down effect on the Indian economy. It will put us at par with other developed nations and provide a high-quality environment to promote business as a key facilitator.”
The WTP project would primarily focus on giving all possible services to give business a springboard. WTP is targeting to give an amicable business environment, which at present is missing at the national level.
