Noshe Oceanic positions itself as first Small Big Agency

Following a revamp of its organisational structure, which included hiring of several senior individuals from the advertising industry, Noshe Oceanic has now positioned itself as India’s first Small Big Agency.

Anupma Mehrotra, CEO, Noshe Oceanic said, “The culmination of this exercise was an offsite where, after extensive discussions, we realised that we were, in many ways, unique. We had strengths in creative and strategy, but the process of developing strategy did not slow down the creative process. We could plan and buy media as well as the largest, but still retain the personal touch with our clients.”

The positioning emerged after exhaustive brainstorming and a scan of the environment. It was found that small agencies are perceived to be faster and better able to provide personalised service to their clients, whereas large agencies were perceived to have a completely different set of strengths that includes an ability to deliver on strategy, media and newer forms of communication and the capability of multi-tasking.

Asheesh Sethi, Chairman, Noshe Group commented, “Arriving at the right positioning is an important step. But communicating it in a manner that engages attention is also needed. I think that we have succeeded if you have a look at our brand new website – www.noshegroup.com. We have already started achieving results. Barely a few weeks into the new financial year, we have already acquired two new accounts. These and other announcements will follow.”
