Nima Namchu to join Havas as CCO

Nima Namchu will be joining Havas Worldwide as its chief creative officer. He confirmed the news with exchange4media. At present, Namchu is serving his notice period at Cheil Worldwide as the CCO.

He started his career with Sistas (now Saatchi & Saatchi) as a copywriter, and has been part of creative teams at TBWA Anthem, Leo Burnett, Capital Advertising, McCann Erickson and Publicis India. He joined Contract Advertising in 2008. He brings with him 22 years of experience and has worked on brands such as Domino's Pizza, MasterCard, Nescafe, NIIT, Thums Up, LG, Sony, Samsung, HP, XBOX, Dabur, Perfetti, Halonix, Teacher's Whiskey, Del Monte Juice, Reebok among many others.

He has won accolades at the Cannes Lions, AdFest, the One Show, the Clios, Spikes and at award shows within the country.

The group released the Little Hearts online-only campaign, #BreakSomeHearts, early this year and is on the path to make many more of its brands available on the digital platform
