NEW Madison Media launches two new sub-brands -- Alpha & Sigma

Madison Media has undertaken some restructuring with the objectives of providing focused attention to large businesses and rewarding the senior level talent pool of Madison Media by giving them more authority and responsibility.

Madison Media Group will now consist of four units -- Madison Media Alpha, Madison Media Sigma, Madison Media Infinity and Madison Media Plus. All accounts of Madison Media in the coming months will be allocated to one of the four units each headed by a Chief Operating Officer.

The four COOs will be Neelkamal Sharma (Alpha), Karthik Lakshminarayan (Infinity), Vanita Keshwani (Sigma) and Basabdatta Chowdhuri (Plus). The COOs will report to Punitha Arumugam, Group CEO, Madison Media.

Said Arumugam, “We now have a flatter structure which will provide greater focus to our clients’ business.”

Sam Balsara, Chairman & Managing Director, Madison World, added, “This reorganisation once again reemphasizes that Madison has developed the ability to develop managerial talent and, whenever an opportunity arises, we are able to fill the slots with internal resources rather than look outside.”
