National Housing Bank (NHB), wholly-owned by Reserve Bank of India, has invited applications from INS accredited advertising agencies for empanelment with it.
The Bank’s advertising campaigns range from tender advertisements to full-fledged multi-media, multi-language campaigns involving creatives. These campaigns are released in major newspapers, magazines and television channels across the country. NHB also uses brochures, pamphlets and other modes of communications.
The eligibility critera for ad agencies include full accreditation of INS, Advertising Council of India for press advertisement, and Prasar Bharti accreditation for electronic media advertisement. The agency should have an all-India reach, an annual turnover of Rs 10 crore, and a full fledged office in Delhi.
The selection of agencies would be done on the basis of a two-stage process. In the first stage, agencies would be selected merely on the basis of their meeting the criteria. The short listed agencies would, in the second stage, be required to make a presentation of creative strategy on a given subject for a given budget. The final selection of agencies for empanelment would be done on the basis of the creative presentation.
