National clients buoy Fourth Dimension’s growth

Fourth Dimension, a media outsourcing company from South India, is celebrating its second anniversary on February 7, 2013.

Talking about the two year journey, Shankar B, CEO, Fourth Dimension said, “We started the first media outsourcing company in the South and it is great to see how far the idea has come. Today, we have bigger clients and are getting more national clients to handle their ad sales. Our remarkable growth and the second anniversary are great reasons to celebrate and share the feeling with all those who have trusted us.”

He further said, “For a media outsourcing company, two years is pretty big, and that too in South India. The journey has been very challenging and we are one of the very few media outsourcing firms that has established a model and handled clients across the country. Fourth Dimension has become a one-stop solution for advertisers to choose what is required to popularise their brand/message.”

Milestones
The first success that Fourth Dimension had after commencing its operations, shared Shankar, was a students’ activation programme, which was well recognised and appreciated.

The second milestone was launching Tamil news channel Puthiya Thalamurai. The channel rose to the No. 1 position just 30 days from its launch and has created a huge impact in Tamil Nadu.

Shankar said, “Puthiya Thalamurai is the only television channel in Tamil Nadu without any political alignment to become the No. 1 channel and also able to sustain its position for several weeks.” Fourth Dimension also handles the ‘Puthiya Thalamurai’ magazine.

The third milestone was launching V6, an Andhra Pradesh based news channel, in a market already cluttered with several news channels.

In the radio space, Chennai Live, the only English radio station in Chennai, opted for Fourth Dimension. Chennai Live has created a niche audience for itself by being different in its content strategy.

Apart from this, Fourth Dimension has executed events by tying up with brands such as Samsung, Audi, and E18, among others. Tamilian Awards, started by Fourth Dimension, has been a success.

Talking about the future, Shankar said, “We are planning to have national clients in our kitty and we will be announcing them soon. We are happy that a lot of event agencies want us to conduct events for them. We have a strong team and that has paved a way for our continuous growth.”

In a span of two years, the company has 30 employees on board working across Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi.
