MVL Mobile moves business from Vivaki Exchange

MVL Telecom, the communication arm of MVL Group, has moved media duties for MVL Mobile from Vivaki Exchange after its contract ended with the agency about a month ago. The company hasn’t renewed the contract with the agency. Size of the business is estimated to be in the vicinity of Rs 28-30 crore.

Informed sources have confirmed the news to exchange4media.

Meanwhile sources have shared that Prachar Communications has been asked to handle some of the tactical print campaigns immediately. But the agency has not been hired as official Agency on Record, clarified sources.

It could also not be ascertained at the time of filing this report whether MVL is on the lookout for a new media partner or not. But a media pitch can be expected in the near future by the brand.

For the record, MVL Group was established in 1986 and has diversified operations through three verticals – MVL Industries, MVL Telecom and MVL. The Group has ventured into communication industry through MVL Telecom while MVL Industries is a manufacturing and marketing unit that deals in consumer electronics and MVL is a real estate company.
