MTNL empanels SSC&B Lintas, Sobhagya, Pressman for Rs 40-cr creative account

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) has finally decided on the agencies to take care of its creative duties. The organisation has zeroed down on SSC&B Lintas, Sobhagya and Pressman. Industry sources peg the account size in the region of Rs 40 crore.

With this development, the entire business of MTNL would be divided between these agencies. However, as yet details on which agency would be given what part of the business is not decided. The empanelment would be for two years.

Commenting on the win, Ashish Bhasin, President, SSC&B Lintas, said, "We are very pleased to get the opportunity to build a brand as large and powerful as MTNL. SSC&B Lintas sees this as another endorsement of its strategy of offering world-class communications products to a select client base."
