Ministry of Food Processing Industries looks for Media cum advertising agency

Ministry of Food Processing Industries has invited advertising agencies for an advertising pitch to select the suitable agency for a three-year empanelment. The pitch largely aims at deciding on the creative agency that is able to handle media activities too for the government body.

The responsibilities and duties for the chosen agency will include conceptualising, designing and producing creative materials, publicity materials for the Ministry’s advertisements campaign in Print and Electronic Media. Managing outdoor promotional activities will also be a part of their work portfolio.

Additionally, the selected agency will also bear the responsibility of preparing and implementing media activities plan as and when required.

Agency houses having 3 years of experience in production and creatives designing are eligible to participate in the pitch.

The format of submitting the application can be obtained from the Ministry’s office at Panchsheel Bhawan, August Kranti Marg, Khelgoan, New Delhi. Last date of submission is May 27, 2011.
