MediaVest assigned Rs 30-cr media mandate for JK Helene Curtis

MediaVest, a division of Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG), has bagged the media duties of JK Helene Curtis Ltd. Senior sources close to the development have confirmed the news and pegged the account size upwards of Rs 30 crore. There win comes on the heels of a multi-agency media pitch.

MediaVest will handle the complete planning and buying for JK Helene Curtis Ltd.

According to the company website, JK Helene Curtis Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of JK Investo Trade India Ltd, a Raymond Group company. JK Helene Curtis Ltd’s product portfolio includes specialised personal care items ranging from toiletries to fragrances and hair care items. Premium is a range of personal care products for the entire family. Park Avenue has a wide range of men’s toiletries, with quality to match international standards. Tru-Tone has a range of hair dyes trusted by Indians for over three decades. The sales turnover of JK Helene Curtis Ltd for the year 2008-09 was reportedly Rs 121 crore.
