Media Direction bags media duties for Skyline Constructions and Housing, Bangalore

Media Direction, the specialist media services arm of RK Swamy BBDO, has been appointed media AoR for Bangalore-based Skyline Constructions and Housing Pvt Ltd. The size of the business is estimated to be worth Rs 7 crore. Though there was no official pitch, Skyline evaluated various options before deciding in favour of Media Direction. Contract Advertising will handle the creative duties for Skyline.

Confirming the development, Dhiraj Prabhu, General Manager, Marketing, Skyline, said, "We liked the passionate approach of Media Direction. The value proposition put forward by them was compelling and very hard to ignore. They will play a critical role in the overall process of our brand development, working very closely with the creative agency, in addition to their specific media deliverables."

Commenting on the communication channel strategy, Prabhu said "The media mix will consist of multimedia campaigns, including print, TV, OOH, radio, digital, cinema, one to one and events. We are also looking at various innovations."

Founded in 1983, Skyline is a leading and ISO 9001 certified player in the real estate industry. Skyline is on a complete revamp mode as they launch some of their premium projects. They have recently announced Rahul Dravid as their brand ambassador.
