mcgarrybowen & Carat Enterprise named Fujitsu's global agency partners

Dentsu Aegis Network’s mcgarrybowen and Carat Enterprise have been named by Fujitsu as its global agency partners to build the brand’s profile in markets outside Japan.

mcgarrybowen, London, pitched and won the account in partnership with Carat Enterprise, also in London, and Dentsu’s Tokyo headquarters. The move represents a major new win following Dentsu’s acquisition of Aegis last spring.

The 2014 campaign will focus on raising Fujitsu’s brand profile globally. The agencies have been appointed to create a multi-channel campaign to work in various key markets.

Guy Daniels, Vice President - Brand & Marketing Communications at International Business, Fujitsu said, “mcgarrybowen, Carat Enterprise and Dentsu stood out from the competition as the team that really understood our business challenge. The trio not only demonstrated a huge amount of rigor, but also showed us a new level of innovative thinking when it comes to how to best reach and engage with our target audience.”

Stuart Giddings, Global Managing Director, Carat Enterprise added here, “This pitch was a true demonstration of how a network can be more than dots on a map, we have created a bespoke solution to deliver the best work for Fujitsu.”

Toby Sachs, Acting CEO of mcgarrybowen London said, “We can’t wait to get started. Fujitsu is a global technology pioneer and our new partnership is great proof of the strength of our network capabilities.”

Fujitsu is a leading Japanese information and communication technology company offering a full range of technology products, global solutions and services.
