Madison recruits another Business Head

Well, we try our best to keep a tab on who is moving where. And guess what… Madison has got itself a new Business Head. Raji Nair has put in her papers at Millennium Lowe and has been inducted into Madison to head one of their key businesses (though the agency is unwilling to disclose, which one.) Nair joins Madison on January 10 2003; her former designation at Millennium was that of Media Director.

Confirming Nair’s appointment, Punitha Arumugham, CEO, Madison Media (West) states, “Raji Nair is indeed coming on board for one of our current businesses. We haven’t yet decided on the area that Nair would be heading but we are pleased to have her on board. She carries with her 10 years of experience and would add plenty of value to the organization.”

Nair is a Management student from Jamunalal Bajaj and has around 10 years of experience in the field of advertising. She has experience in agencies such as Lintas, Carat and Quadrant and has handled brands such as Lever’s, Pilsbury, Sansui, Cadbury and PSI.

Nair had a short stint with O&M, before she joined Lintas’ strategic planning cell and stayed with it for 5 years. She also spent 2 years with Carat and went on to Millennium. And now, she is all set to begin a new season at Madison. The appointment coincides with Madison bagging the AOR for Hyundai Motors India.
